- It is advised that you start by cutting the washer hole first, using the necessary punch.
- Then move the sheet to the outer diameter you require.
- Then using the nylon centring die, place the angled end into the hole and tighten the plate for a secure hold.
- Using the corresponding steel punch, strike firmly using a 1lb or 2lb brass hammer to create your washer.
